Its smart housing manufacturing has been in full swing to focus on "A-level prefabricated demonstration projects" in the form of integrated industry-chain smart housing manufacturing. It has strived to be a leading prefabricated construction enterprise by introducing relevant policies and driving the development of the prefabricated construction industry. In the same year, Chengdu Jintang Smart Housing Manufacturing Base was successfully put into production. So far, the group has eight bases in Jiangxia (Wuhan), Jimo (Qingdao), Jingzhou (Hubei), Hefei (Anhui), Xinxiang (Henan), Jiangjin (Chongqing), and Miluo (Hunan) to provide integrated smart housing manufacturing services for the customers within the scope of 200km around each base.
The group's strength in smart housing manufacturing has been recognized by various parties. MHome Prefab Construction, a subsidiary of MHome Group, has been rated by China's Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development as a "National Construction Industry Base". MHome Group has won "China Prefabricated Construction Tiantan Award", the highest award for prefabricated construction.
It formed its core business "smart housing manufacturing" by fully integrating the business of real estate development, industry-based towns, and prefabricated buildings.
In the same year, it participated in the 18th China Housing Expo, releasing its new model "smart housing manufacturing". The new model will effectively solve the problems of traditional manual work and fragmented management and promote the construction industry for better and sound development. Its smart housing manufacturing bases in Chongqing, Zhengzhou, Hefei, Changsha, and Jingzhou were put into operation after the two bases in Wuhan and Qingdao.
By centering on "two lines of food and housing" and adhering to the positioning of urban-rural development facilitator, MHome Group has formed two business patterns of "smart housing manufacturing + modern agriculture" by focusing on the needs of smart manufacturing customers. After winning the bid of Xintan MHome Future City PPP Project, the group will build a livable, green, and ecological "garden-like" town in two areas, Sanzha and Ciqihu so as to promote the development of Honghu Xintan Economic Cooperation Zone and accelerate the development pattern of "integrating production and city". It successively reached strategic cooperation with Jianli County and Honghu City to establish green modern agricultural parks for the ecological agriculture projects of "integrated planting and breeding of green rice and green fishery".
The project, Wuhan MHome·Milord Gentlefolk, was awarded the 8th (2017 - 2018) "Guangsha Prize", making it the first prefabricated project with such honor in Hubei province.
The largest prefabricated production bases worldwide, with the most intelligent features and advanced equipment, were put into operation successfully in Jiangxia, Wuhan city and Jimo,Qingdao city. The operation of the two bases will accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the prefabricated construction industry in Central and North China.
The first Resident Satisfaction Center in China was opened in Xi’an MHome Times Project, and the Resident Satisfaction Center has become the standard supporting facility for the MHome real estate development projects since then.
The Technical Specification for Prefabricated Integral Concrete Shear Wall Structures was officially released and implemented.
From 2014 to 2019, it won the title of "Real Estate Companies Brand Value TOP 10 in Central China" for five times.

2,559,592,300 shares. As of December 31, 2010, the company had total assets of 9.623 billion yuan, net
assets of 5.054 billion yuan, operating income of 1.955 billion yuan and net profit of 200.5219 million
yuan in 2010.
In the same year, it began to participate in the transformation of "villages in cities" and became the
pioneer of Wuhan's old city transformation, and accumulated rich experience in the field of primary land
development. At present, the completed projects include reconstruction projects of Dengjia Village, Xinhu
Villaget, Changfeng Village, Nongli Village, Jianhe Village in Wuhan City, etc..
Successfully issued 1.8 billion yuan of corporate bonds and completed the first bond financing.
The company publicly issued shares at a price of 15.23 yuan/share, raising 3 billion yuan.

Milord Investment Group Co., Ltd. became the shareholder of Yunnan Huayi Holdings. Through asset replacement, high-quality real estate assets are injected into listed companies, and the main business is the real estate field.
In the same year, it entered Wuhan and deeply developed the Central China region centered on Wuhan.

The company name was changed to Yunnan Huayi Investment Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Yunnan Huayi).
With the approval of CSRC Zheng Jian Fa Zi [1996] No.358, Kunming Wuhua was listed and traded on the main board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, with the stock code of 000667.
