▌Representative projects

In 2016, it was commended by the "Prefabricated Building Science and Technology Demonstration Project" of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
In 2018, it was awarded the "GUANGSHA PRIZE" and became the first prefabricated project in Hubei Province to win this honor.







Buildings 1#, 2#, #3, 5# and 9# of this project are constructed with prefabricated double-sided superimposed prefabricated concrete shear wall structure system, with 17 floors above ground. The total floor area is 42,300 square meters, and the above-ground floor area is 40,100 square meters, accounting for 31.26% of the total above-ground floor area of the project. According to the latest Shandong Evaluation Standard for Prefabricated Buildings (DB37/T51127-2018), the assembly rate of each unit is over 53%.


In this project, prefabricated technology is adopted for Buildings 28#, 31#, 32# and 33#, with 10-11 floors above ground. There are 10-11 floors above ground, with a total floor area (including underground) of 15,400 m2, and the total residential floor area above ground is 12,700 m2, accounting for 30.8% of the total above-ground floor area of the project. According to the latest Evaluation Standard for Prefabricated Buildings in Shandong Province (DB37/T51127-2018), the assembly rate of each unit is 50%.


The old city reconstruction scope of Changfeng Project is 262.58 hectares, with the newly added commercial office and industrial park area of 1.12 million m2 and 79,000 new employment opportunities; Planning a total of 500,000 m2 modern logistics industrial base and auto parts city, increasing the output value of the village collective economy by nearly 2 billion yuan every year; Invested 400 million yuan in compensation for land acquisition for the 10 th Garden Expo; New public facilities: expand Changfeng Primary School to 11,000 m2, build 8 kindergartens with an area of 28,300 m2, and invest 363 million yuan in compensation for land acquisition to build a sports center.

In 2018, the company won the bid for the PPP project (Phase I) of Honghu Xintan MHome Future New City, and took the lead in constructing the core supporting area of 9.33 square kilometers in the new city. In the future, new towns that are livable, suitable for industry, green and ecological will be built in the "Sanzha" and "Ciqi Lake" of Xintan, and the development pattern of "rejuvenating the city with industry, promoting industry with city and integrating industry and city" will be accelerated.
In 2019, the company signed an investment cooperation agreement with Suohe Sub-district Office of Caidian District, Wuhan, and both parties will promote the construction of Songyang Future Pastoral Town Project in Caidian. Songyang Future Pastoral Town Project in Caidian will rely on the location advantages of Suohe City, the ecological green land and the resource base of landscape forest lake. In the future, the company will make it a demonstration area of new pastoral economy innovation and a model of Hubei for rural revitalization in China.
